Short Breaks
Short breaks are available for 3 - 4 nights, further details on request. Short breaks are available from October to April inclusive excluding Bank Holiday weeks and October half term. The property may be available, for short breaks, between May and September but only at short notice! Short break pricing, based on a standard 3 night break:

Services
Bath and Hand towels provided on request at the cost of £5 per person.
Extras
We charge an extra £15 for each booking if you bring a pet to cover the additional cleaning costs. All breakages and damage must be paid for. NB Dogs must not be left in the house alone.
Offers
We offer a 10% discount on the second week for fortnightly bookings.
Payment
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the cost is payable 8 weeks before your holiday or at the time of booking if there is less than 8 weeks before your arrival date.
