This delightful traditional flint cottage is in the quiet North Norfolk village of Hindringham and within easy reach of the stunning North Norfolk coast, the market towns of Fakenham and Holt, and the RSPB reserves of Titchwell, Blakeney Point and Cley Marshes.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge, dining room, large sun-lounge and a secluded south facing garden, 3 double bedrooms (one with twin beds), bathroom with shower, separate toilet and parking for 3 cars. Near the house part of the garden is fenced off to provide a secure area for small children and pets. Garden furniture and barbeque equipment are provided. The cottage is roomy yet cosy and is furnished to a high standard.
